[SWEET DECEMBER] PAMPAPATO DI FERRARA

Il pampapato è un tipico dolce della mia città, è un vero gioiello per gli amanti del cacao! 

 La sua ricetta risalente al '600, è piena di storia e sapori tipici dell'epoca, fu creata dalle monache del Monastero Corpus Domini, ispirate dal cuoco rinascimentale Cristoforo da Messisbugo.
In breve tempo divenne il Pan del Papa e prende il nome di Pampapato.

 Questo dolce viene preparato specialmente in questo momento dell'anno per celebrare la ricchezza e la prosperità della città.

 Ingredienti: 
300 gr Farina di farro bio o 00
100 gr mandorle 
150 gr di zucchero di canna integrale
200 gr cacao amaro
100 gr canditi e uvetta
4 gr cannella in polvere
acqua qb.

 100 gr cioccolato fondente per la copertura






Amalgamare in una terrina capiente gli ingredienti secchi, farina, zucchero, cacao, cannella, l'uvetta, le mandorle e i canditi, aggiungere l'acqua quanto basta per ottenere un impasto omogeneo e sodo che andrà lavorato a lungo.





Diamo la forma a calotta e inforniamo a 160° facendo attenzione che non si bruci sopra, per verificare la cottura usate uno stuzzicadente.

Una volta cotto lasciamolo raffreddare e prepariamo la cioccolata per la copertura, scogliendo 100gr di fondente con un pò di acqua e spalmarla sotto e sopra.





Lasciateli asciugare tutta la notte in una stanza umida, consumatelo dopo almeno una settimana.

 Con queste dosi ho fatto 4 Pampapati di medie dimensioni.

E' buonissimo per riscaldare le sere d'inverno e per rallegrare una serata in compagnia!




The Pampapato is a typical dessert from my town, it's a real gem for cocoa lovers!

 Its recipe dates back to '600, is full of history and flavors typical of the period, it was created by the nuns of Corpus Domini Monastery, inspired by the Renaissance chef Christopher Messisbugo. 
Soon it becames the Pan of the Pope and takes the name of Pampapato. 

This dessert is prepared especially at this time of the year to celebrate the wealth and prosperity of the city. 

Ingredients:  
300g organic spelled flour or 00 
100 g almonds  
150 g brown sugar 
200 g cocoa powder 
100 g candied fruits and raisins 
4 g cinnamon powder water as needed. 
100 g dark chocolate to cover

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, raisins, almonds and candied fruits, add water as needed to obtain a homogeneous mixture that will be worked hard and long. 

We give it the shape of a crown and bake it at 160°, taking care to don't burn it above, to check if they are cook use a toothpick. 
Once cooked let them cool down and prepare the chocolate to cover, melt 100g of dark chocolate with a little of water and rub them on below and above. 

Let them dry overnight in a humid room, consume it after at least a week. 

With these doses I did 4 Pampapati of medium size. 
It's very good for warm winter evenings and for cheer a night in company!



[RECIPE] CROCCHETTE DI PATATE CON CUORE DI VEG-WURSTEL - POTATO CROQUETTES WITH VEG-WURST HEART

Il tempo è sempre poco e le cose da fare sono sempre tante, purtroppo per noi, le giornate sono di 24 ore, quindi dobbiamo cercare di gestire bene il tempo!

 Personalmente cerco di trovare il giusto equilibrio, tra attività rilassanti e coccolanti, la cucina è un ottimo svago per poter liberare la mente e creare qualcosa di buono e salutare.

 Come avrete notato nel mio blog non ci sono ricette che richiedono una preparazione lunga e laboriosa, infatti amo le pietanze semplici, naturali ma gustose.

 Queste crocchette che vi presento sono veloci, pratiche e adatte a chi come me, ama le patate!

 Ingredienti:
4-5 patate medie
Curcuma
Curry
Sale integrale marino
Pane grattugiato
Vegan Wurstel di tofu e farro

 Il procedimento è semplice, dopo aver lessato le patate, le ho schiacciate, ho messo le spezie, curcuma e curry, un pizzico di sale e un pò di pane grattugiato; ho tagliato a dadini i veg-wurstel, e ho formato delle polpette con le mani e al centro ho messo un dadino di wurstel, infine l'ho spolverata con il pane grattugiato.

 Le ho fatte riposare 20 minuti, ho scaldato una padella antiaderente, e una volta calda, ho messo le polpette fino a quando non sono diventate scure e croccanti.

 Le ho servite come contorno, ma adatte anche come antipasto.

Personally, I try to find the right balance, between relaxing and cuddle activities, cook is a great pastime for clear your mind and create something good and healthy. 

As you can see in my blog, there aren't recipes that require a long and laborious preparation, in fact I love simple, natural but tasty food. 

These croquettes that I present you are fast, practical and very good for potato lovers!

Ingredients: 
4-5 medium potatoes 
Turmeric 
Curry 
Integral sea Salt
breadcrumbs 
Vegan wurst of Tofu and Spelt

The procedure is simple, after having boiled potatoes, I mashed them, I put the spices, turmeric and curry powder, a pinch of salt and a bit of bread crumbs, I diced the veg-wurst, and I formed balls with the hands and in the middle I put a cube of veg-wurst, finally I sprinkle it with bread crumbs. 

I made ​​them stand for 20 minutes, I heated a frying pan, and once hot, I put the croquettes in until they are brown and become crispy. 

I served them as a side dish, but you can eat them as an appetizer.

[SWEET DECEMBER] CHOCOLATE VEGAN BROWNIES

Dicembre è un mese che mi affascina molto, le luci e i colori creano atmosfere fuori dal tempo, dove la mente si perde e il pensiero si trasforma in un pesciolino che sfugge come nel caso di Virginia Wolf nel libro "Una stanza tutta per sé".

 Con il freddo aumenta la mia voglia di cucinare dolci, questo è un male per la linea, ma un bene per il palato!

 La cioccolata mi fa letteralmente impazzire, con la scusa del freddo ne mangio tantissima, si sa infatti, che non scalda solo il corpo ma anche il cuore!

Usiamola allora!

 Ingredienti:  
3 cucchiai di fecola di patate
7 cucchiai di farina integrale
3 cucchiai di stevia
3 cucchiai di cacao amaro
mezza tavoletta di cioccolato fondente 90%
mezza bustina di cremor tartaro
2 cucchiai di olio evo
acqua o latte vegetale qb

 Mischiamo gli ingredienti secchi insieme, aggiungiamo il cioccolato tagliato a pezzi non troppo grossi, l'olio e l'acqua ottenendo un impasto abbastanza denso.

 Inforniamo a 180° per 30 minuti, una volta spento la lasciamo dentro a raffreddarsi.

Tagliate a cubetti i nostri brownies e godeteveli!

 Cold increases my desire to bake sweets, this is bad for the shape, but good for the palate! 

Chocolate makes me go crazy, with the excuse of the cold I eat it a lot, in fact, not only warms up the body but also the heart! 

 Let's use it!


Ingredients:  
3 tablespoons potato starch 
7 tablespoons whole wheat flour 
3 tablespoons stevia 
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 
half a bar of 90% dark chocolate  
half a bag of cream of tartar 
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
water or vegetable milk

Mix all the dry ingredients together, add chocolate chopped into pieces not too large, oil and water obtain a mixture sufficiently dense. 

Bake it at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and let it cool down inside the oven. 

Dice our brownies and enjoy!









[EVENTO] OFFICINA DEL VINTAGE

Il 22, 23 e 24 Novembre si è svolto presso l'imbarcadero del Castello Estense, il Festival Officina del Vintage, un evento dedicato a tutti gli amanti del vintage e non solo.

 La location, il Castello Estense di Ferrara, ha conferito alla manifestazione un sapore retrò, un viaggio nel passato in totale armonia con la mostra mercato presente all'interno dell'evento, tra i capi e gli oggetti vintage il tempo si è proprio fermato, ogni espositore aveva qualcosa di particolare e unico, cappelli con orologi e occhialini incorporati, calciatori del calcetto balilla trasformati magicamente in attaccapanni, astucci realizzati con cravatte, per non parlare dei capi sartoriali e degli occhiali da sole e da vista delle più famose marche, tutti con montature ricercate e introvabili!

Ad impreziosire il tutto c'era l'angolo del VINTAGE HAIR, dove venivano realizzate dai saloni Kapogiro e Ecoglam Parrucchieri, delle acconciature tipiche degli anni 60.

Finito il salto nel passato, sono tornata a casa ripensando alla giornata passata in compagnia di persone curiose, creative e piene di entusiasmo per il proprio lavoro, spero si ripeta anche l'anno prossimo!

[HOME REMEDIES] TISANA ALLO ZENZERO - GINGER TEA

Anche se l'inverno non è ancora arrivato, questi ultimi giorni di Novembre sono talmente freddi che sembra di essere già in Dicembre.

 L'arrivo dell'inverno porta con sé quel pizzico di malinconia misto alla magia del tempo che si ferma, del respiro che prende forma nell'aria, della natura che si addormenta per poi risvegliarsi in primavera, della gente che scompare sotto a strati di vestiti; purtroppo però in questo periodo arrivano puntuali come un brufolo in una serata importante, il raffreddore, il mal di gola, i brividi di freddo, il naso che cola e chi più ne ha più ne metta!

 Per rimediare, la natura ci ha fornito un valido alleato, lo zenzero, una radice utilissima non solo per fare biscotti, ma anche per ottenere un ottimo infuso.


Prendete una radice di zenzero e tagliatene 2-3 fette, sbucciatele, e mettetele dentro un pentolino pieno di acqua, portate ad ebollizione e servitela bella calda zuccherandola a piacere (io uso un cucchiaino di stevia), è buonissima e ha un retrogusto pizzicante che aiuta a riscaldarsi!

 Questo infuso è ottimo per combattere i mali di stagione perché è antisettico, antinfiammatorio e inoltre un digestivo naturale.

 Potete aggiungere del limone per potenziare l'effetto!

 Vado a bermi la mia tazza di zenzero accompagnata da qualche biscotto, mentre il silenzio fuori mi fa compagnia.

[BEAUTY CORNER] OMIA LABORATOIRES OLIO DI SEMI DI LINO

Ho già parlato precedentemente in altri post dei prodotti di questa linea, devo ammettere che mi hanno totalmente conquistata al punto da convincermi a provare altri prodotti, oltre allo shampoo e alla maschera questa volta ho provato l'olio di semi di lino.

 Quando ho acquistato il prodotto temevo che potesse appesantire i capelli, invece devo dire che al contrario di altri prodotti che ho provato non solo non appesantisce, anzi soddisfa in pieno le promesse senza ungere la chioma.


Grazie alle proprietà dei semi di lino, svolge un'azione ristrutturante e anti rottura per i capelli che risultano sciupati e fragili; si può utilizzare sia sui capelli asciutti sia su quelli umidi, io lo utilizzo dopo lo shampoo, spruzzandone 2-3 spruzzi sulle mani, lo stendo su tutta la lunghezza, dopodiché avvolgo i capelli in un asciugamano per una mezz'ora.


Già dalle prime applicazioni, ho notato dei notevoli miglioramenti, i capelli sono più lucenti e voluminosi.

 Naturalmente, come tutti i prodotti OMIA LABORATOIRES, non è testato su animali e tutti gli ingredienti sono di origine biologica.

Il 26 e 27 ottobre si è svolta a Firenze la prima edizione di ATELIER FLORENTIA, il Temporary Shop dedicato alla moda e alla bellezza, di cui avevo già parlato nel post precedente.

 Purtroppo un raffreddore mi ha trattenuto a casa e non ho potuto cogliere l'invito che mi era stato gentilmente posto; tuttavia, pur non essendo presente ho seguito l'evento attraverso i contenuti comparsi nei social networks ufficiali e delle partecipanti. 

 Ho dedotto dalle immagini un'atmosfera rilassata e informale, ho percepito il coinvolgimento dei partecipanti che toccavano con mano le creazioni dei brand presenti e diventavano così protagonisti dell'evento.
