CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF VEGETABLEBALLS - PIOVONO POLPETTE-

19:35 4 Comments A+ a-

Ingredienti:
Verdure miste
pane grattugiato (in alternativa pane ammollato)
sale
spezie

Buon appetito!

I'm always in a hurry and as much as I love cooking, I always tend to prepare quick, light and simple meals.

The dishes that appear often in my dish are definitely the vegetableballs!
I love them, give me any vegetable and I will transform it in a ball!

These are very simple, ideal if you're in a hurry and if your pantry is running out.

Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables
breadcrumbs (alternatively soaked bread)
salt
spices

Cook the vegetables in a pan, once cooked, let them cool down, mash them with a fork or alternatively with an immersion blender and try to get a creamy mixture, not too liquid, add the spices, salt and bread crumbs or if you prefer leftover soaked bread, with the help of a spoon form the mixture into balls, roll them over the breadcrumbs.
Turn on the burner and set a nonstick skillet to heat, put the vegetableballs on top, just long enough to brown them.

Serve warm, accompanied by fresh salad!

Bon appetit!
